This area has an eclectic mix of boutique hotels and private sanctuaries that became hideaways for the stars like Errol Flynn, Lucille Ball, Doris Day and Gloria Swanson. Today Hollywood hipsters like Robert Downey Jr. and Reese Witherspoon enjoy these unique resorts.
