Trouble with login? 

STEP 1 - CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

It is necessary to create an online account first before you can login. Buying a membership doesn't automatically create an online account because it requires you to create a personal password.

Please look at the bottom of the Login page and click on the words Create one. This will take you to the Register Page to create your account. Once you create your password you can login.

STEP 2 - REGISTER AND CREATE YOUR PASSWORD

This will take you to the Register page, where you can create an account and password.

NOTE: 
it is necessary to use the same email address you used when you bought your membership. If at any time you want to change your email address please CONTACT SUPPORT or once you create an account you can change your email address yourself in your account.

If you already did the steps above and none of those apply, please contact us so we can help. If you can tell us the error message you receive it helps us to troubleshoot and resolve as quickly as possible.
