The Thomas O'Donnell House Palm Springs

The four-bedroom, 4,100 square foot home was constructed of concrete on nearly 15 acres of land leased from The Desert Inn. The 25-year lease was renewable for an additional 25 years. This unusual arrangement was the first Palm Springs land lease behind which lies an interesting tale of real estate development, wealth, tourism and history.
